We guarantee that every transaction you make at North West  Wholesale will be 100% safe.  This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at North West Wholesale (see guarantee details below).

 

Guarantee Details:

Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, North West  will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. North West Wholesale will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at North West Wholesale while using the secure server.

In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Ordering & Warranty Information

WARRANTIES & RETURNS

All products sold by North West Wholesale are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.    Warranty on the In-ground Steel Kits is 25 years. Liners are lifetime pro-rated warranty after the first season.   The warranty is against manufacturing defects only.

You may return any unopened, unused product to us shipping prepaid plus our original shipping cost within 14 days of purchase, when accompanied by the original sales slip.    Goods cannot be returned without an authorization number from North West.     A 20% restocking charge will be charged to cover our costs.   SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS such as custom fit liners, covers, in-ground pools, etc. may not be cancelled or returned after the manufacturing process has started.   In the case of a liner that is defective, it will be unconditionally replaced or corrected by the manufacturer and all shipping charges will be reimbursed.   Warranty on all products are covered by the original manufacturer.   The original manufacturer will repair or replace and defective goods.
